Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

• While enjoying your stay at BaseCamp, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
• Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
• Please note there is a loft area in the second bedroom that is accessed via ladder. This area is not for guest use.

Policies and Rules

• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

• Firewood for the firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
• All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
• The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
• Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
• All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.

Safety and Emergency Information

• The homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras to monitor the home's security (entryway and parking area). No cameras monitor the inside of the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.

Additional Critical Details

• All visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
• The community of Eagles Nest has construction ongoing. During weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads.
